The founders Rich Wilcock, Simon Moorcroft and Jamie Moorcroft, who have previously owned other businesses together, had through their own experiences, struggled to find the right invoice finance product best suited to their business needs. Especially when cashflow was essential to the day to day running of the business - it was crucial to find the right solution quickly and without fuss.
After going through the process themselves and manually speaking to lots of lenders, trying to match requirements and spending a lot of time on phone calls, it became clear there was a need to simplify the whole process.
They discovered that many other businesses in the UK also found the process lengthy and confusing. With so many funding products within the alternative market space, it was difficult to cut through it all and find the right fit-for-purpose product. This was especially the case within the invoice finance sector, as there are so many lenders with various competitive rates.
